9-24-07 through 9-30-07 One lane will be open
west bound between the Ace Hardware Plaza and East River
Drive to facilitate road construction. Expect temporary
road closures and traffic redirection while crosswalks
are being installed. Detours through Seton Drive and
Park Drive or State Rd. 7 are advised.
9-17-07
East bound traffic between
NW 58th
Ave. and East River Drive will be closed. The roundabout
will be closed. Traffic will not be allowed to access
Margate Blvd. from NW 58th Ave until after the first
lift of asphalt is laid.
All properties along Margate Blvd can be accessed
utilizing the detours through Seton Drive and Park
Drive.

through 9-14-07
East bound traffic lanes between East River Dr and NW 58th
Ave. will be closed to allow for the preparation of lime
rock. Access to Coral Plaza will be maintained at all
times. The roundabout will be closed for roadwork.
Traffic will be allowed to access Margate Blvd. from NW
58th Ave. to go west or east only.
All properties along Margate Blvd. can be accessed
using the detours through Seaton Drive and Park
Drive.
8-27-07
through 8-31-07 -
West
bound traffic lanes between 441 and NW 58th
Ave will be closed for the installation of the first
lift of asphalt. West bound lanes between NW 58th
Ave and East River Dr. (not including the roundabout)
will be closed for the installation of the first lift of
asphalt.
The roundabout curbing will be installed this week and
traffic can flow through the roundabout going North and
South on NW 58th Ave.
All properties along Margate Blvd can be accessed
utilizing the detours through Seton Drive and Park
Drive.
8-20-07 through 8-25-07 -
Traffic lights will not be functioning temporarily
between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday 8-22-07, to
facilitate the switch over to the new transformer. The
west entrance to Margate Blvd from 441 will be closed to
install 8” water main across those two lanes. Westbound
traffic between SR 7 and East River Drive will be
affected due to milling of existing asphalt and
installation of lime rock.

The
innermost lanes closest to the medians will be impacted
and subject to intermittent closures on weekdays during
daylight hours in the area between 58th Ave
and SR 441 to facilitate the removal of curbing, and
preparation for new curbs around the medians.

One lane will be impacted and subject to intermittent
closures in the west bound traffic lanes between 58th
Ave. and East River Drive to facilitate the
installation of drainage.
4-4-07 From
4/4/07 - 4/6/07 N.W. 58th Ave on the south side of Margate
Boulevard will be CLOSED from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Park Drive is the
alternate route to and from City Hall.

Drainage work, on both the north and south side of the
road, is now being conducted on Margate Boulevard.

The start date for construction has been set for
February 27, 2007. The first stage of construction will
work on the median and the removal of trees in the
median.
