City Center Master Development Services

The Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (MCRA) is seeking requests for qualifications from qualified firms or teams with proven track records in mixed-use projects to assist the MCRA with creating a new and vibrant “City Center”. The City Center will include a mix of public and private development on approximately 36 acres of land owned by the MCRA located at the intersection of Margate Boulevard and State Road 7/US 441 in Margate, Florida.

Request for Qualification Question Deadline: July 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

Request for Qualification Submission Deadline: July 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
