Margate Holds Workshop on Redevelopment of City Center
Urban Land
Institute (ULI), through their local District Council,
will provide the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency
(CRA) with a technical assistance panel discussing
specific issues relating to redevelopment of the Margate
City Center area at the intersection of Margate Blvd.
and State Road 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 22 and
23, 2008.
On Tuesday, July 22nd between 1:30 – 2:45 pm, the
panelists will be available to meet with interested
parties and other members of the public at the Northwest
Focal Point Senior Center located
at 6009 N.W. 10th Street in Margate. The public is
invited back to hear the panel’s preliminary finding on
Wednesday, July 23rd at 2:00pm, also at the Northwest
Focal Point Senior Center.
No reservation is necessary. If these meetings interest
you, you are invited to join us at the Senior Center.
